Tarmac: These guards are designed for tarmac use only. They contain a combination of high-quality materials like Carbon Fibre and Kevlar to provide a strong and light guard.
Gravel: These guards are multi-purpose so they can be used for both gravel and tarmac events. They contain a combination of high-quality materials like the tarmac guards, but we increase the amount of material that is in them so that they last longer, the added material increases the weight of the guards.
Tarmac Epoxy Coated: These guards are designed for tarmac use only. They contain a combination of high-quality materials like Carbon Fibre and Kevlar with an Epoxy resin system and we compress the materials in a vacuum bag to greatly increase the strength and remove any excess resin. We finish the guards with a special coating that improves the overall look of the guards and increases their resistance to stone chips and other damage.
Gravel Epoxy Coated: These guards are multi-purpose and are our top seller. They are used on rallies like the R.A.C and some of the other toughest rallies around the world. They contain a combination of high-quality materials like Carbon Fibre and Kevlar with an Epoxy resin system and we compress the materials in a vacuum bag to greatly increase the strength and remove any excess resin. We finish the guards with a special coating that improves the overall look of the guards and increases their resistance to stone chips and other damage. The difference between these guards and the Tarmac Epoxy Coated guards is the number or layers of material that are in them.
